I – PRODUCT RETURN/EXCHANGE GUIDELINES (FOR FAULTY OR WRONG SIZE PRODUCTS):
1.1. How to exchange a product:
Step 1: Please contact the Hotline: (+84) 819 923 696 or Thien Phuoc’s official channels to request an exchange and provide a reason, along with a video of the purchased product to comply with the Return and Exchange Policy.
Step 2: Exchange the product directly at the Representative Office: No. 52B, Alley 603 Lac Long Quan, Xuan La Ward, Tay Ho District, Hanoi, or request online exchange assistance.
Step 3: Choose a new product equal to or greater than the previously purchased value based on personal preference.
1.2. How to return a product:
Step 1: Please contact the Hotline: (+84) 819 923 696 or Thien Phuoc’s official channels to request a return and provide a reason, along with a video of the purchased product to comply with the Return and Exchange Policy.
Step 2: Package and send the product:
Use the original packaging or any suitable packaging that fits and protects the product. Discuss with staff to select an appropriate shipping provider. If the product defect is due to a manufacturing error, Thien Phuoc will cover the return shipping costs.
Step 3: Refund process:
After the quality check is completed (about 3-5 days after we receive the product), you will receive a refund confirmation from our support team.
Please provide your bank account details to the support staff. The refund will be processed within 7-14 days from the date you receive the confirmation.
1.3. Return and Exchange Policy:
- The product must be new and in its original condition, with all tags, including price tags and other labels (if any), still attached, along with the original receipt.
- The product must NOT be damaged, washed, stained, have any strange odors, or have been altered.
- Exchanges must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt.
- A product can only be exchanged a maximum of 2 times.
