Step 2. Click the [ADD TO CART] button below on the checkout page. Select [PROCEED TO CHECKOUT] if you have finished shopping.
Step 3. You can review the order summary and apply [DISCOUNT CODE] if you have a discount code in your account.
Continue to [CHECKOUT] to confirm the order.
Step 4. The system will prompt you to log in to your account if you haven’t logged in or linked your online account. Please log in to continue placing the order.
Step 5. Fill in the payment information:
Please provide the delivery address where you want us to deliver the order.
Step 6. Select the payment method and click [PLACE ORDER].
Step 7. Select [PLACE ORDER] after checking the recorded information and completing the payment process.
Step 8. You will receive an email confirming the successful placement of your order.
1.Can I exchange for a different product in a confirmed order?
Unfortunately, customers cannot directly exchange for a different product once the order has been confirmed.
If the current status of the order allows (within 30 minutes after order confirmation), customers can cancel the order and place a new order.
Please note that the selected products in the canceled order may no longer be available at the time of placing the new order.
2. How long can I keep items in my shopping cart?
Currently, we do not limit the time for keeping products in the cart.
However, the products in the shopping cart will not be counted as reserved items. In the case where the products are out of stock but still displayed in the customer’s cart before completing the order, the customer will not be able to proceed with the payment for those products.
3. How can I cancel an order?

4. I have not received the order confirmation email after completing the order?
After completing the order, a confirmation email will be sent to the address you registered. Please check the Spam folder in case you do not see the email in the Inbox.
